ServiceClarity Pricing

ServiceClarity is an Enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) kpi reporting solution and ServiceClarity pricing is offered on a monthly subscription basis.

Additional services including custom KPI Configuration and Premier Customer Success Packages can be added to the subscription at any time.

Monthly Subscription

The ServiceClarity subscription terms are:

  • Monthly subscription, with no minimum term, automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Charging is applied at the end of the each month, on the anniversary of sign-up
  • Charged direct from a registered Credit Card. Other payment methods can be arranged.
  • Automated monthly usage-based statements and invoices
  • Usage-based charging dependent on the configured ServiceClarity module below.
