ServiceClarity Pricing

ServiceClarity is available under the following Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Cloud and on-premise Server pricing options:

  • ServiceClarity Monthly Subscription: a rolling monthly SaaS subscription for ServiceClarity Cloud or ServiceClarity Hybrid paid at the start of each month.
  • ServiceClarity Annual Subscription: an annual SaaS subscription for ServiceClarity Cloud or ServiceClarity Hybrid providing a discount based on annual commitment.
  • ServiceClarity Server Annual License: An annual license for an on-premise ServiceClarity Server deployment complete with installed software support.

A ServiceClarity Software-as-a-Service Subscription or Installed Software License must be considered in relation to the ServiceClarity deployment models:

  • ServiceClarity Cloud is SaaS completely hosted and managed by ServiceClarity.
  • ServiceClarity Private is licensed software installed as a Software Appliance, where ServiceClarity does not host or manage the on-premise infrastructure.
  • ServiceClarity Hybrid is hosted and managed SaaS with metric collection agents installed on-premise.

ServiceClarity Cloud Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

ServiceClarity Cloud offers standard monthly and annual subscription plans for Jira (including Jira ServiceDesk), Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Xero.

The standard subscription plans are individually priced below.

Tailored subscriptions are available for other platforms including Hubspot, Mavenlink, CloudHealth, Cloudability, ServiceNow®, ZenDesk, SalesForce, Pingdom and many more.

ServiceClarity Server Installed Software License

ServiceClarity Server is a completely dedicated installation of ServiceClarity, installed by the ServiceClarity Implementation Team on Customer Premises Equipment.

The on-premise software appliance can be easily installed on AWS or any public cloud, private cloud or physical server capable of running the supported operating systems.

A ServiceClarity Server license provides access to all ServiceClarity features, including all platform connectors, reports, metrics and KPIs with no usage restrictions.

The installed software is supported under a standard support model, with software upgrades and security patches delivered and installed by the ServiceClarity implementation team while the license is in effect.

The ServiceClarity Server license must be renewed annually to avail of ongoing support, feature upgrades and security patches.

ServiceClarity for Jira Subscription Plan

ServiceClarity for Jira provides monitoring of Jira, Jira Service Desk, Jira add-ons and custom-fields for Jira to report on Agile Development, Support and DevOps processes. A list of common Jira reports can be found here. Subscription charges are determined by the number of active Jira users being monitored. An organization with a 1,000 Jira user license, but monitoring 100 Jira users would fall into the base subscription.

ServiceClarity for AWS provides monitoring of the AWS Billing service to report on past, current and projected AWS costs. Subscription charges are determined by the total AWS monthly bill (the cost of AWS services being monitored) excluding taxes.

ServiceClarity for Databases provides monitoring of any relational database, and reporting of any custom KPIs. Metric collection is configured using any arbitrary SQL query.

The monthly and annual subscriptions include the following services as part of the subscription, valid for the subscription period

  • ServiceClarity Customer Success: an assigned customer success agent, available for a scheduled remote meeting 1 hour per week. The first 4 weekly sessions focus on ServiceClarity training, subsequent sessions focus on as-needed
  • ServiceClarity Support: Proactive monitoring and online service desk with a 24 hours response time.
  • ServiceClarity Knowledge Base: a growing searchable resource of frequently asked questions
  • ServiceClarity Updates: Software updates are automatically applied to ServiceClarity Cloud, and can be scheduled for ServiceClarity Private

The following optional services are offered at an additional charge above the monthly or annual subscription plans.

  • Connector Development: custom development of a ServiceClarity connector for any system
  • KPI Consultancy: development of a reporting strategy tailored to your operational and business needs
    Training: advanced training for self-service KPI configuration and reporting

Subscription Terms

The key ServiceClarity subscription terms are:

  • Monthly or annual subscription, with no minimum term, automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • Annual subscription charging is applied at the start of the subscription and on the yearly anniversary of service subscription commencement
  • Monthly subscription charging is applied at the end of the month, and on the monthly anniversary of service subscription commencement
  • If in any month of an annual subscription, the annual subscription usage terms are exceeded, a monthly subscription charge for the delta will be applied.
  • Subscriptions can be charged direct from a registered Credit Card, or invoices can be issued to suit other payment methods.
  • Monthly and yearly usage-based statements and invoices are automatically isssued
