ServiceClarity is an Enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution and pricing is offered on a monthly subscription basis. ServiceClarity is an infrastructure dashboard and customer dashboard enabling the selection of best-practice KPIs, setting targets and automating KPI reporting to improve and optimise the effectiveness of business processes.
Additional services including custom KPI Configuration and Premier Customer Success Packages can be added to the subscription at any time.
The ServiceClarity subscription terms are:
- Monthly subscription, with no minimum term, automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Charging is applied at the end of the each month, on the anniversary of sign-up
- Charged direct from a registered Credit Card. Other payment methods can be arranged.
- Automated monthly usage-based statements and invoices
- Usage-based charging dependent on the configured ServiceClarity module below.

ServiceClarity for JIRA On-Premise Pricing
When ServiceClarity for JIRA is installed on-premise an On Premise License is required.
A ServiceClarity for JIRA On-Premise License entitles you to:
- A perpetual license to install ServiceClarity for JIRA on 1 production and 1 staging server
- Software maintenance for 12 months – including all updates and online support
To continue to receive all software updates and online support beyond the first 12 moths, a 12 month support contract can be purchased annually.
